Ogham Craft Spirits Distillery and Tasting Room is a local small business, founded with a goal of bringing together local farmers and vendors to showcase the best of the Ottawa Valley. Ogham focuses on three main commitments: transparency, sustainability, and supporting local. The space has been designed to reflect not only the purity and refinement found in the art of distilling, but also Ogham’s three commitments. The understated and pure nature of the interiors is capture through use of honest materials such as concrete, steel, and wood. The humble interior allows the focus to fall on the main star of the production process, a beautiful Canadian-made copper pot still. Through the tasting room’s 14 foot tall window, guests are able to see into the the entire production area where products are being made using only all-natural ingredients, no additives, colorants or artificial flavours.
