A fine balance between old and new was thoughtfully considered during the design process of Sans Façon Restaurant. The space features a multi-tiered dining area, lounge, and bar. The atmosphere evolves as the lighting, materiality, and focal elements change from tier to tier. Portions of the original woodwork was salvaged and refinished to maintain the unique character of the space and to pay homage to what once was a beloved local pub.
